We only collect the data you give us yourself:

• When you request a consultation or a package: your name, email address, mobile number, your website link if you have one, your preferred appointment time and meeting place, your role at the restaurant, and the package or service you're interested in.
• When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.

Our hosting servers also automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to run and protect the website.

• To get back to you about your request and arrange your consultation.
• To prepare a quote or a plan that suits your restaurant.
• To send you the newsletter if you subscribed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the website and keep it secure.

We never sell or rent your data. We only share it with the service providers we rely on to run the website, such as hosting and email services, and only as far as needed, or when an authority requires it by law.

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. Some pages show YouTube videos: nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play, and the video then plays from YouTube's servers under Google's privacy policy. If we add analytics or tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy to say so.

We keep your data for as long as we need it to serve you, or for as long as you're subscribed to the newsletter, and then delete it unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or loss, and the website is served over an encrypted connection.

At any time, you can:

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Our services are meant for restaurant and business owners, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
